The school discipline committee is constituted for the maintenance of discipline in the school. The committee ensures discipline among the students that they must obey rules and regulations and maintain order, harmony and peaceful insights in every pursuant of educational objectives or goals in the school community. It renders ample opportunities and facilitates for the all-round development of personality and leadership qualities amongst the students. It promotes and encourages good behavior among the teachers and students. It creates an environment that is conducive to peaceful and harmonious co-existence of staff and students of different houses and grades.

In compliance to the Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Committee (POCSO) Act 2012, CBSE has taken substantial measures to create massive awareness about Sexual exploitation among school children. The committee is responsible to adopt rightful and appropriate action on any case of misbehavior of sexual offences in the school premises.
This committee in DPS Kamrup stands to deal with cases related to child sexual abuse. It remains available to all parents via school office in the school email ID. The policies of Children Protection Committee shall apply to teaching and non-teaching staff, drivers, aayas, conductors, housekeeping and other ancillary staff working in the school. Parents can send their complaints (if any) via email through registration.
